Where We Ship

We currently ship orders within the United States.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully completed.

Processing time refers to the time needed to prepare an order before it is handed to the shipping carrier.

After an order has been processed and handed to the carrier, delivery generally takes 5–8 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

We currently offer free standard shipping on eligible orders within the United States.

There is no additional standard shipping charge at checkout for eligible orders.

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after the order has been shipped.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the package enters the carrier’s system.

If a package arrives damaged, is missing an item, or there is another delivery issue, contact SteeleLiving as soon as possible.

Please include the order number and clear photos of the package/item where applicable.
